Job Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Automation, Automatic Control, or Mechanical Electronics; 

2. At least 5 years of experience in product design and project development, 3 years of project management experience, and 2 years of management experience in the R&D department. 

3. Experience in designing, selecting, developing configuration, debugging, using, and maintaining motion control systems for industrial automation; having experience or skills in developing software and hardware systems for IPCs, PLCs, and single-chip microcontrollers; 

4. Capable of reading English materials and having strong learning ability. 

5. Possess strong practical skills and the ability to solve practical problems. 

Responsibilities: 

1. Should have experience in designing non-standard automated equipment, as well as experience in nuclear industry and mechanical equipment design. Candidates who can follow the relevant work processes of the company's R&D design center and carry out R&D tasks according to the work plan will be given priority. 

2. Responsible for the electrical design of new products of the company and the improvement and research and development of existing products. 

3. Be responsible for the drawing, compilation, organization, review and archiving of the electrical product documents of the company. 

4. Provide professional technical support and solutions for relevant departments of the company 

5. Complete other temporary tasks assigned by the supervisor
