Job Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical and electrical engineering; Age: 30 - 45 years old. 

2. More than five years of experience in mechanical product design, with experience in the design of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, control, and robotic automated equipment; 

3. At least three years of experience in managing research projects and two years of experience in managing technical teams; 

4. Possess good logical thinking skills and excellent communication abilities; 

5. Possess strong research and innovation capabilities, a strong sense of responsibility, and excellent teamwork spirit. 

Responsibilities: 

1. Should have experience in designing non-standard automated equipment. Those with experience in designing automatic equipment for the nuclear industry will be given priority. 

2. Possess the ability to organize and manage research projects, execute the relevant work processes of the company's R&D design center, and carry out research tasks in accordance with the work plan. 

3. Responsible for pre-sales technical support for new products and management during the product development process 

4. Responsible for the research and design of new products as well as the improvement design of existing products, and the review and verification of new product documents. 

5. Be responsible for completing other tasks assigned by the department director.
