Flexible tensioning oblique single-axis tracking system
Photovoltaic power station installation site
20MW Photovoltaic Power Station in Maopao Town, Xuzhou 1. Overview Photovoltaic power generation is a form of renewable energy, which can achieve low-carbon and environmental protection goals and is in line with the national energy development direction. Based on the current actual situation of photovoltaic power generation, in order to further increase the utilization rate of this energy, reduce construction and operation costs, and obtain greater economic benefits, we have developed a flexible tensioning inclined single-axis tracking system. 2 Product Features 2.1 A single tracking drive unit controls multiple subarrays, thereby reducing costs, minimizing failure points, and minimizing maintenance workload. 2.2 By replacing the reducer with a pulling rope drive, the driving torque for the swinging bracket's swing motion has been significantly enhanced. This has greatly simplified the drive mechanism, reduced stress concentration in the mechanism, thereby significantly increasing the system's strength and consequently enhancing the reliability of the tracking bracket system. 2.3 A double "A" shape inclined single-axis main structure is adopted. This structure is supported by three points on the foundation, which simplifies the support structure and enhances the stability of the support. 2.4 A single main cable drive unit and multiple cable drive tracking brackets have been designed. This enhances the adaptability to the terrain, reduces the installation difficulty, and also avoids drive jamming caused by rigid connections. 2.5 The photovoltaic components are arranged in an interlaced manner and have self-cleaning capabilities; they reduce wind resistance and enhance wind resistance; during the morning and evening periods of the tracking process, the illuminated surface of the photovoltaic components can be increased, which is beneficial for increasing power generation. 3 Technical Specifications 3.1 Framework Type: Inclined Single-Axis Tracking Framework 3.2 Tracking Range: -60° to 60° (horizontal position is 0°) 3.3 Maximum operating wind speed: 28 m/s 3.4 Protection wind speed: 20 - 28 m/s (adjustable) 3.5 Resistance wind speed to extreme wind load: 45 m/s |
