Internal cutting system 1. Overview The high-pressure water abrasive cutting equipment is mainly used for the dismantling of offshore oil platforms, the cutting of pipe supports, the cutting of underwater steel piles, and the cutting of submarine pipelines, etc. Compared with similar equipment, this device has the advantages of high cutting efficiency, smooth cutting surface, and no heat generation during the cutting process. The equipment has both external and internal cutting capabilities, which can meet different working conditions. The operation and maintenance are convenient. It can be used normally in offshore vessels, platforms and other environments, as well as in rainy and snowy weather conditions. 2 Product Features 2.1 Stability of internal cutting system support force: The internal cutting system adopts a four-link synchronous support mechanism; within the entire cutting range, the support force remains stable and unchanged, avoiding the problem of insufficient support force when cutting small pipe diameters. 2.2 High rotational strength of the internal cutting system: The rotating mechanism of the internal cutting equipment adopts large-sized high-strength four-point contact stainless steel bearings, which can simultaneously withstand large axial, radial loads and overturning moments, thereby enhancing the operational reliability of the equipment. 2.3 Suitable for harsh working environments: The control room is equipped with insulation materials and has an air conditioning system, which enhances the environmental adaptability of the equipment and the comfort of the operators. 2.4 Modular Design: The equipment adopts a modular design. The modules are relatively independent of each other, which facilitates the maintenance, debugging, transportation, and storage of the equipment.
