SADM05 Underwater Automatic Dredging Equipment is an automated device for underwater dredging on the seabed, designed to address situations where divers are not suitable for long-term underwater operations, where the amount of mud is large, and where space is limited. It achieves the automated operation of the underwater dredging equipment through remote control from a surface vessel. 

1. Equipment Composition 

The SADM05 underwater automatic dredging equipment mainly consists of four modules: the underwater operation system, the water surface control system, the pipeline retraction and deployment device, and the navigation system. 

2 Product Features 

2.1 The underwater operation system adopts a multi-degree-of-freedom robotic arm, a tracked self-propelled chassis, a hydraulic power drive unit, a jet pump and its power drive unit, a umbilical cable terminal, and a variety of underwater-specific sensors for a highly integrated design. This simplifies the connection between the underwater operation system and the surface control system, allowing the operator to complete various heavy underwater operations remotely through an electric control handle on the surface. 

2.2 The jet pump adopts the introduction method of circular jet power fluid, which significantly improves the passability of sediment particles. There are no eroded or moving parts on the flow channel, greatly extending the service life of the jet pump. 

2.3 The large-diameter jet pump, combined with a high-power jet power station and dredging cutter, features a large amount of sludge discharge and high sludge discharge efficiency. 

2.4 The underwater hydraulic system is equipped with a pressure compensation device, which enhances the waterproof sealing performance of the equipment. 

2.5 The underwater automatic dredging equipment is equipped with various underwater-specific sensors such as position and orientation sensors, depth sensors, height sensors, cameras, sonars, and fault alarms, providing visual monitoring and navigation functions for the water-based operations.
