Usage:

The external aligner is used at construction sites to quickly center and fix 16" to 60" steel pipes. Each type of aligner corresponds to a specific pipe diameter of that specification. 

Main components:

Left frame, right frame, locking mechanism, hydraulic jack. Among them, the hydraulic jack consists of an oil tank, pump, control valve, cylinder with adjustable extension bolts, and piston, etc. 

Structural features

A mechanical locking cage structure is adopted, enabling the alignment and fixation operation before the对接 welding of two straight steel pipes. The connection bridge plates come in two forms： a) The straight bridge plate type adopts an extended form at both ends， facilitating the installation and alignment operation of the pipe. First， it is used for alignment and clamping fixation， followed by manual spot welding. Then， the aligner is removed， and the complete weld seams are completed. b) The bow-shaped structure， after clamping， can complete the welding of the weld seams in one go.
