Diamagnetic hydraulic stretcher

The anti-magnetic hydraulic stretcher system is used for the hot pressing of the stator cores of 100MW to 180MW level generator windings. It synchronously tightens 18 through-core screws under high magnetic field (0.05T), high temperature (150℃) and long-term (72 hours) conditions to achieve the hot pressing of the core. It is mainly composed of an anti-magnetic hydraulic stretcher and a hydraulic pump station.

1.1 Product Features 

1.1.1 The anti-magnetic hydraulic stretcher is specifically designed for the hot pressing of generator stators. It is made of non-magnetic steel and can operate for a long time under high magnetic field conditions. 

1.1.2 The anti-magnetic hydraulic stretcher adopts sealing technology, ensuring that it can be sealed for a long time at a temperature of 200℃ without any leakage. 

1.1.3 The anti-magnetic hydraulic stretcher can automatically indicate the stroke of the piston and prevent the piston from exceeding the stroke limit. 

1.1.4 The anti-magnetic hydraulic stretcher has an automatic piston reset function, which significantly simplifies the operation procedures and shortens the operation time;

2.1 Product Features 

2.1.1 It has an automatic pressure retention function, enabling it to operate for 72 hours continuously. The system pressure has high accuracy and the pressure retention range can be adjusted. 

2.1.2 It has an automatic overpressure relief function. When the pressure of the stretcher exceeds the set pressure, the system can automatically release the pressure to a range within the set limit. It also has an automatic pressure replenishment function. When the pressure of the stretcher is lower than the designed pressure, the system will automatically increase the pressure to the desired level.

2.1.3 The touch screen has functions such as pressure input setting, precise pressure display, touch start/stop of the hydraulic system, etc.
