The bolt cleaning machine is suitable for cleaning the main bolts and main nuts of the reactor pressure vessel of nuclear power plants. Its main functions are: automatically separating and engaging the main bolts and main nuts; automatically cleaning the outer threads at both ends of the main bolts; the inner thread on the main nut, in order to remove the solid and dry anti-adhesive agents attached to it; automatically collecting the removed dirt.

Product features

(1) No damage to the workpiece: The equipment uses high-pressure water jet for cleaning, which does not harm the phosphating layer of the workpiece.

(2) High degree of integration: The equipment has a high degree of integration. The disassembly and installation of nuts, as well as the cleaning of bolts and nuts, are all integrated into one process. All actions can be completed with a single vertical loading, without the need for auxiliary disassembly and assembly equipment.

(3) Avoid secondary pollution: The bolt cleaning method is carried out using a wet cleaning process, with no dust spilling out, thus avoiding contamination of the working area.
