Recently, the Xu Dabao Project Department of China Nuclear Industry Second and Third Construction Company sent a letter of gratitude to Raymond Cyber. They highly recognized and sincerely thanked the company for its significant support and outstanding contributions during the 2025 construction of Units 1 and 2 of the Xu Dabao Nuclear Power Plant. 

The letter of thanks states that since the start of the cooperation between the two parties, Raymond Cyber has consistently demonstrated a high sense of responsibility, outstanding professional capabilities, and a rigorous and pragmatic attitude, thereby establishing a solid and reliable material support system for the project construction. In the face of multiple challenges such as concentrated material demands, tight supply deadlines, and complex cross-regional logistics coordination, it has even demonstrated strong capabilities in overcoming difficulties and an active spirit of taking initiative. All the supplied materials strictly meet the project acceptance standards and technical specification requirements, and each batch is delivered precisely, providing strong support for ensuring the stable and controllable construction pace of the project and facilitating the smooth implementation of the phased goals. 

Since 2015, Raymon Cyber and China Nuclear Second and Third Company have successively signed four rounds of strategic cooperation framework agreements. Since the establishment of the strategic partnership, both parties have made a series of substantive breakthroughs in the research and development of independent nuclear engineering equipment and key technology breakthroughs. They have jointly developed a series of core equipment such as the mobile three-axis CNC pipe beveling machine, SmartArc-400 full-position intelligent welding system, and on-site drilling, boring, and tapping combined machine tool, promoting the transformation of many technologies. In recent years, the cooperation between the two parties has continued to deepen. They have carried out practical research in cutting-edge technologies such as the synchronous welding of six holes on one side of the main circuit of the CAP series reactors, and have established an efficient and collaborative cooperation mechanism in areas such as joint patent layout, intelligent equipment procurement, and specialized technical consultation. 

For a long time, Raymon Cyber has always been driven by technology and connected by cooperation, actively participating in major national nuclear energy technology projects. We will further strengthen the responsibility for coordination and, through more closely and efficient cooperation, jointly overcome all challenges in the project construction with all parties, jointly create a new situation of long-term stability and mutual benefit and win-win results, and continue to contribute to the safe and efficient development of China's nuclear power industry.
