Verify outstanding performance, safeguard critical nodes - The Raymond Cyber segmented full-synchronous bolt tensioning machine successfully completed the cold test closure task for Unit 3 of HaoyangRecently, the "On-site Operation Service for the Main Bolt Tensioning Machine for the Cold Test Cover of Unit 3 of Haoyang Nuclear Power Plant" project, which was undertaken by Beijing Leiming Siboc Nuclear Equipment Technology Research Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Leiming Siboc"), was successfully completed. This marks the successful debut of the large-scale automated and high-precision equipment developed by Leiming Siboc - the nuclear reactor pressure vessel segmented full-synchronous bolt tensioning robot, in engineering applications. It has been successfully put into practical use for the first time and has officially become a key supporting equipment for the operation and maintenance of China's third-generation nuclear power technology CAP1000 units.
This equipment was developed by Raymon Cyber specifically for the reactor pressure vessel opening and closing operation of the CAP1000 pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant. It features full synchronization, high precision, and a high degree of automation, and can effectively enhance the safety and efficiency of maintenance operations. As of now, the nuclear reactor pressure vessel full-synchronization bolt tensioning robot developed and manufactured by Raymon Cyber has completed a total of 61 opening/closing operations on the nuclear reactor in the reactor building, demonstrating excellent engineering adaptability and reliability. During the on-site assembly operation service this time, the Raymond Cyber Engineering Service Team worked closely with the on-site units. With their superb technical capabilities and rich practical experience, they completed all the operations with high quality, laying a solid foundation for the smooth progress of the subsequent nodes of the project. This fully demonstrated the comprehensive adaptability of China's high-end nuclear power equipment to the strict standards of the third-generation nuclear power technology. In the future, this equipment will continue to serve the long-term operation and maintenance of China's CAP1000 and other pressurized water reactor nuclear power units, providing strong support for ensuring the safety of nuclear power operations and enhancing the country's independent technological capabilities. Ramon Cebot said that he will continue to adhere to innovation-driven development and is committed to researching and developing more intelligent, reliable and safe nuclear power high-end equipment, contributing professional strength to building major national projects and promoting the high-quality development of China's nuclear power industry.
