Recently, the "On-site Operation Service Project for the OT504 Major Overhaul of Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant" undertaken by Beijing Leiming Siboc Nuclear Equipment Technology Research Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Leiming Siboc") was successfully completed. Thus, the "Integral Synchronous Bolt Tensioning Robot for Nuclear Reactor Pressure Vessels", developed and manufactured by Leiming Siboc, has cumulatively completed 60 opening/closing cover operations on the nuclear reactor in the nuclear island, once again verifying Leiming Siboc's comprehensive strength in providing high-reliability products and specialized services in the key operation and maintenance equipment of nuclear power. 

During the OT504 major overhaul of Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant, the integral full-synchronous bolt tensioning robot developed by Remon Cyber was able to ensure an efficient, precise and error-free operation process through its high-precision synchronous control and stable, reliable performance. This robot provided a solid guarantee for the sealing safety of the pressure vessel and effectively supported the smooth progress of the main overhaul work. 

The project team, leveraging their rich practical experience, rigorous work procedures and efficient collaborative operation capabilities, overcame multiple challenges such as tight schedules and complex environments.
