The first segmented full-synchronous bolt tensioning machine for the CAP1000 unit has successfully passed the on-site acceptance inspection within tRecently, the first split-type fully synchronous bolt tensioning machine for the CAP1000 unit, developed independently by Beijing Leiming Cyber Nuclear Equipment Technology Research Co., Ltd. (referred to as Leiming Cyber), was successfully completed and passed the on-site acceptance at the Leiming Cyber production base. This important equipment will soon be applied to the pressure vessel opening and closing work of the nuclear reactors of the National Power Group's Haiyang Nuclear Power Plant's Phase II project 3 and 4 units. Zhang Yongli, the supervising inspector from Shanghai Nuclear Engineering Research and Design Institute Co., Ltd., Zhang Kunya from the maintenance department of Shandong Nuclear Power Co., Ltd., as well as relevant personnel from the R&D, quality control, and contract execution departments of Leiming Cyber attended this acceptance activity.
The quality of the equipment has been highly praised by the owner and experts from Shanghai Nuclear Engineering Institute, and has been signed off as confirmed. After thorough review of the documents, physical inspection and on-site test verification, the segmented full-synchronous bolt tensioning machine and its associated equipment developed by Leiming Cebot have all met the contractual requirements in terms of performance indicators. The experts from the owner and Shanghai Nuclear Engineering Institute highly praised this. The assembled equipment of the segmented full-synchronous bolt tensioning machine that has passed the acceptance test is another outstanding achievement of Remans Cyber in the field of high-end nuclear power equipment. It is also the first segmented full-synchronous bolt tensioning machine for the CAP1000 unit. This equipment is specially designed for the IHP special structure of the reactor pressure vessel of the CAP1000 unit, and can efficiently complete the opening and closing of the pressure vessel, significantly shortening the critical path time for reactor shutdown and refueling. The equipment mainly consists of the segmented full-synchronous bolt tensioning machine, bolt implantation robot, RPV bolt and RPV bolt hole cleaning machine, main control console, isolation transformer and related auxiliary equipment. This set of equipment has a high degree of automation, and the operators can perform the opening and closing operations remotely, effectively shortening the time occupied by the critical path and significantly reducing the radiation risk to personnel, providing important technical support for the optimization of the maintenance schedule of nuclear power units.
