Recently, Beijing Leiming Cyber Nuclear Equipment Technology Research Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Leiming Cyber") organized and held the "Building an Outstanding Nuclear Safety Culture, Safeguarding the Steady Progress of the Enterprise - 2024 Leiming Cyber Nuclear Safety Culture Training Conference", in order to implement the work requirements of the three-year nuclear safety culture improvement initiative of China National Nuclear Corporation, further enhance the nuclear safety culture level of Leiming Cyber, and strengthen the nuclear safety awareness of all levels of leaders. 

This training was conducted by Chen Yonghong, the director of quality and safety of the company. The directors, managers and supervisors from all departments of the company attended this training. 

The training covered in detail the important remarks made by the General Secretary on nuclear safety, the nuclear safety concepts of China National Nuclear Corporation, nuclear safety laws and regulations, etc., and provided a comprehensive explanation of nuclear safety culture knowledge. It also elaborated on the ten principles of outstanding nuclear safety culture, the "863 basic working guidelines", the everything for， and the "two zero tolerances" (zero tolerance for two aspects).

Through this training, the understanding of nuclear safety culture among all levels of leaders has been further deepened. They have realized that safety is the lifeline of the company's development. All levels of leaders should set a good example in terms of safety, fulfill their safety responsibilities, and fulfill their safety commitments.
