The welcome meeting began with a fun and relaxing ice-breaking game. Introductions in the local dialect and the guessing game where you have to act out and I have to guess not only enhanced mutual understanding but also broke the initial awkwardness of the newcomers. The atmosphere in the room was very pleasant. To enable new employees to have a more comprehensive understanding of the company's development history, current situation and future plans, as well as to familiarize themselves with the overall situation of the company, the leaders of the R&D design center and the directors of each department respectively gave departmental introductions and shared the important projects and achievements of their departments. The welcome meeting also invited four R&D backbone staff with rich working and living experience in the company to share their personal growth experiences. They each reviewed their work experiences in the company, shared the importance of excellent qualities such as teamwork, continuous learning and taking on responsibilities, and also offered valuable suggestions and encouragement to the new employees. Finally, each functional department provided the new employees with information and explanations on career planning, company regulations, and company benefits.
