On April 19, 2023, Wang Wenge, the Party Secretary of the School of Mechanical and Materials Engineering at North China University of Technology, Shi Hui, the Party Deputy Secretary, Liu Dong, the Vice Dean, and Zhao Mengtong, the counselor, along with six graduate representatives, a total of ten people, conducted an exchange and discussion activity on in-depth cooperation in industry-university-research collaboration at Beijing Leiming Cyber Nuclear Equipment Technology Research Co., Ltd. 

Zhou Wen, the chairman of Raymon Cyber Nuclear Equipment Company, warmly welcomed Wang Wenge, the secretary of the party branch, and his delegation. Mr. Zhou gave a detailed introduction on the industry development, the characteristics of the company's research and development projects, and the talent cultivation model. He emphasized that "doing difficult things leads to success easily", and the company has always been committed to undertaking high-value projects. Through measures such as practical training and project matrix, it cultivates high-value talents. 

During the meeting, the company's management team members Zhang Dan, Zhao Guozhuan, and Zhang Haikun respectively provided detailed introductions on the company's basic situation, research and development fields, typical projects, talent demands, and promotion channels. 

During the discussion, Secretary Wang Wenge and his team highly praised and affirmed the talent cultivation model and the achievements in scientific innovation of Raymon Cyber Nuclear Equipment Company. Secretary Wang detailed the professional settings, student training, and research on non-standard intelligent equipment technology of the School of Mechanical and Materials Engineering at North China University of Technology. He pointed out that the school has always adhered to the school motto of "cultivating virtue and encouraging learning, promoting both talent and virtue", inheriting the spirit of "devoting to the industry for the country, promoting the industry for the country, and strengthening the industry for the country", and educating students to cultivate moral integrity and foster talents to meet the demands of the capital and national development. 

During the meeting, a delegation from the Mechanical and Materials Engineering College of North China University of Technology visited the on-site debugging and experimental areas of the Raymond Cyber nuclear equipment, including the full-travel intelligent valve actuator, the intelligent full-position welding robot, and the "Hualong One" reactor pressure vessel integral synchronous bolt tensioning machine. 

At the end of the meeting, both parties had in-depth discussions on the cooperation in industry-university-research. They reached consensus on the "dual-mentorship" student training model that combines providing students with internship and training positions and selecting enterprise mentors and school mentors, as well as inviting experts from the universities to conduct professional training in the enterprises. This laid a solid foundation for future cooperation between the two parties. Both sides will take this meeting as an opportunity to build a platform for cooperation and innovation and talent cultivation, establish a long-term cooperation mechanism, leverage their respective advantages, and promote the high-quality and rapid development of China's nuclear energy industry.
