Li Qibin stated that since the signing of the strategic cooperation framework agreement, the two parties have established a cooperative relationship based on full trust and understanding. They have carried out excellent cooperation in various aspects such as the scientific and technological research of independent equipment for nuclear engineering, the promotion and application of research results, and the key technology research of nuclear engineering. China Nuclear No. 23 attaches great importance to scientific and technological innovation work and is committed to promoting "digitalization, automation, and intelligence" in project management. It hopes that both parties will focus on the urgent needs of nuclear industry development and nuclear engineering construction, deepen scientific and technological cooperation, and achieve management improvement through scientific and technological innovation and means, to promote the safety and quality of nuclear engineering.

Zhou Wen stated that China Nuclear No. 23 and Remon Cyber have gradually deepened their cooperation in the nuclear industry field and jointly researched and tackled a number of core technologies. They have achieved breakthrough results in the process of domestic substitution. In the future, both parties will continue to complement each other's strengths, jointly tackle challenges, and actively promote cooperation in multiple fields of nuclear engineering, and strive to achieve high-level self-reliance and self-strengthening in science and technology.
