On October 20, 2022, a symposium on the management of suppliers of China National Nuclear Corporation was held in Huairou, Beijing, hosted by the China Nuclear Strategic Planning Research Institute and co-organized by Beijing Leiming Siboc Nuclear Equipment Technology Research Co., Ltd. The meeting was chaired by Peng Guanghua, the director of the Special Committee for Supplier Management of China National Nuclear Corporation. Liu Ping, the deputy director of the Business Management Department of China National Nuclear Corporation, Han Yi, the director of the Procurement Department of the Business Management Department, Zhang Hongtian, the procurement department of the Business Management Department, Peng Guanghua, the director of the Special Committee for Supplier Management of China National Nuclear Corporation, Kang Xiaoxi, the vice president of the Strategic Planning Research Institute, Yang Weidong, the director of the Support Center for Supplier Management, Zhang Hongna, the supervisor of the Support Center for Supplier Management, Wu Jiang, the deputy chief engineer of Xingyuan Certification, Chen Jianmin, the Party Committee member and deputy engineer of the Enterprise Development Department (Procurement Management Support Center) of China National Nuclear Corporation, Jiang Bo, the deputy director of the Enterprise Development Department, Chen Xu, the supervisor of the Enterprise Development Department, Chen Xue, the deputy general manager of China Nuclear Engineering, Yang Bing, the deputy director of the Business Development Department, Chen Zhi, the supervisor of the Business Development Department, Zhou Wen, the chairman of Beijing Leiming Siboc Nuclear Equipment Technology Research Co., Ltd., Zhang Dan, the operation director, Lin Song, the strategic expansion director, Zeng Zhaoguo, the chief engineer, Li Zhaoyue, the manager of the Marketing Center, Sun Menglu, the contract execution supervisor, attended the meeting. 

Director Liu Ping began her speech. She introduced the basic principles of the group's current supplier management and the specific layout of the group's future supplier management work. In the current era of significant changes in both international and domestic situations, to ensure the security of the group's supply chain, the concept of "strategic suppliers" was proposed. She pointed out that the group's management goal for the supply chain is "stabilizing, strengthening, and solidifying the chain". For strategic suppliers that are crucial to the group's security interests, policies of "cultivation" and "support" should be adopted, and the stable and secure supply of key technologies should be strengthened. The Raymond Cyber Company, due to its strong and powerful technological innovation capabilities, plays an important role in the group's supply chain. It is hoped that in the future, both parties will establish a more in-depth and more flexible cooperation mechanism, further broaden their horizons, expand their scope of vision, and become stronger in the industry, and become closer partners of China National Nuclear Corporation. 

Zhang Hongtian, the director of the Procurement Department of the Management Department of China National Nuclear Corporation, and Han Yi, introduced the current situation of the group's supplier management work and the future reform plans. 

Sun Menglu from Raymond Cyber Company presented an overview of the company's operation and management mechanism, the work related to connecting with group suppliers, the management of downstream suppliers, and the typical problems encountered in supplier management in the past, using PPT. 

In response to the request of Director Liu Ping, Zhou Wen, the chairman of Raymond Cyber Company, gave a detailed explanation and presentation on "Raymond Cyber Research Institute's unique 7X7X7 comprehensive solution". He elaborated on concepts such as "Doing difficult things leads to success", "Starting from basic principles, innovating and developing with the first principle of forward design", "Intensively participating in projects and ensuring expert engineering review at the source, achieving dual benefits for the product", etc. Zhou Wen presented a three-dimensional overview of the origin, evolution and original version of Raymond Cyber's 7X7X7 comprehensive solution from several aspects including the company's history, technical layout, talent cultivation, market strategy and typical milestone project history. The explanation given by Chairman Zhou Wen aroused great interest among the attending leaders and experts. They all spoke up and actively participated in the discussion. 

Chen Xueying, the deputy general manager of China Nuclear Power Engineering Company, made a speech at the meeting, introducing that at the beginning of this year, Raymon Cyber Company, while implementing the national major project in China Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd., made significant investments and provided support in terms of personnel, funds and technology. With the continuous efforts and sincere collaboration of both parties, the task has achieved good results and been successfully completed. 

This task was time-sensitive, demanding and of high difficulty. Despite the challenges, Raymond Cyber Company did not shy away from difficulties and was willing to take on the responsibility. They worked side by side with China Nuclear Engineering Company and participated in all aspects of the task, including the formulation of the plan, equipment development, experimental verification, and project implementation. They prioritized the national major interests, mobilized all available resources, spared no effort, established special management procedures, and demonstrated a high level of professionalism and responsibility. They provided comprehensive human resources, technical support, and material guarantees for the task's execution, making significant contributions to achieving the set goals of the task. 

The leaders and experts from China National Nuclear Corporation highly praised the operation model and R&D capabilities of Raymon Cyber. At the same time, they had a lively discussion on how to enhance the management level of the company's suppliers. 

In her summary and conclusion, Director Liu Ping fully affirmed the innovative achievements that Raymon Cyber Company has already achieved. She highly praised the innovative operation mechanism of Raymon Cyber Company, believing that Raymon Cyber Nuclear Equipment Research Co., Ltd., as a group supplier, holds significant importance for China National Nuclear Corporation. The group should optimize the supplier management model from the top-level design and provide corresponding cultivation and support for its strategic suppliers in the supplier evaluation process. The group should learn from each other's strengths and achieve mutual benefit with suppliers. 

During the meeting, the participating experts and leaders also visited the assembly plant and experimental facilities of the Raymond Cyber Company's research and development base.

During the meeting, the operation center of Raymond Cyber Company presented the company's historical development, operation model, the situation of undertaking major national special projects in the nuclear energy field, as well as Raymond Cyber's supplier management philosophy. 

During the meeting, Director Liu Ping and her team stopped at the photo wall in the first floor lobby of Raymon Cyber Company, carefully listening to Mr. Zhou Wen explain the stories behind these precious images. 

During the meeting, Director Peng Guanghua and his team carefully learned about the "SmartArc-400 full-position intelligent welding system" which is suitable for engineering welding of nuclear power main pipelines and auxiliary pipelines, and also watched the welding test process. 

During the meeting, the deputy general manager Chen Xueying and his team visited the on-site debugging of the Quan Intelligent Control Electric Valve Actuator. Mr. Zhou Wen introduced the development process and industrial prospects of this product. Deputy General Manager Chen Xueying expressed his approval of the test results of this product and held high expectations for its application in the nuclear industry. 

During the meeting, the representatives from China National Nuclear Corporation visited the assembly site of the Hualong One unit stretch machine and made important instructions regarding the future assembly plan of the stretch machine.
