On July 27, 2021, Zhou Wen, the chairman of Leiming Cyber, received a delegation from China Zhongyuan Foreign Engineering Co., Ltd., led by its Party Secretary and Chairman Wang Yongfu. The two sides had in-depth discussions on overseas operation support services and equity cooperation. The heads of the Comprehensive Office, Strategic Planning Department, Finance and Capital Operation Department of China Zhongyuan, the chairman and Party Secretary of Zhongyuan Operation, Fei Zhisheng, and the relevant department heads, as well as Deng Zhihong, the director of Leiming Cyber and the core management personnel of the company, participated in the exchange.

Zhou Wen welcomed the delegation from China Zhongyuan and introduced the basic situation of Leiming Cyber, its equity structure, business scope, main products, and financial situation. 

During the meeting, a delegation from China Zhongyuan visited the Raymond Cyber R&D Design Center, as well as the overall synchronous stretching machine for the Hualong One pressure vessel, the main steam valve, the CNC cutting/stripping machine, the SmartArc-400 fully-positioned automatic welding machine, the fully-intelligent control electric valve actuator, the drainage/charging of helium/weld sealing subsystem for damaged fuel components, and other test sites. 

The leaders from China Zhongyuan Company highly affirmed the R & D technical capabilities of Raymon Cyber, and had in-depth discussions with the management of Raymon Cyber regarding overseas operation support services and equity cooperation. 

Wang Yongfu, the chairman of China Zhongyuan, stated that as the overseas nuclear engineering platform of China National Nuclear Corporation, China Zhongyuan is the first overseas nuclear engineering constructor in China, aiming to become an "international leading provider of nuclear energy throughout its life cycle". Ramon Cyber possesses the technical solutions and experience for nuclear energy throughout its life cycle, and both parties have the foundation for long-term and in-depth cooperation. The working levels of both parties need to be deeply coordinated, design cooperation plans, and explore the introduction of Ramon Cyber's inspection and maintenance equipment in overseas nuclear power operation projects to promote the "going global" of domestic equipment and enhance the international competitiveness of nuclear power operation services. At the same time, both parties can deeply discuss equity cooperation, form a strategic alliance, and achieve deep integration of technology, market, and capital.
