From June 2nd to June 6th, 2021, Jiangsu Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. conducted an on-site inspection and acceptance of the equipment for the tensioning machine for the reactor pressure vessels of Units 5 and 6 of the Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant, which was designed and manufactured by Beijing Leiming Cyber Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. 

The acceptance team of Jiangsu Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. conducted tests on the mechanical system functions, electrical system functions, and hydraulic and electrical system functions of the equipment in accordance with the "Factory Acceptance Test Outline for Overall Bolt Stretching Machines". All tests met the requirements of the test outline. Additionally, a detailed inspection was carried out on the appearance, dimensional conformity, quantity of equipment, quantity of spare parts, brand of purchased components, quality certificates of the equipment, process documents, and completion documents of the overall bolt stretching machine equipment for the reactor pressure vessel. 

The acceptance team finally issued the acceptance conclusion: The quantity, main dimensions, appearance quality, performance tests, etc. of the overall bolt tensioning items of the reactor pressure vessels of Units 5 and 6 of Tianwan meet the provisions of the contract and relevant technical specifications. The relevant quality certificates and delivery documents are complete and valid. Therefore, they agree to proceed with the factory delivery. 

The integral synchronous bolt tensioning machine for the reactor pressure vessels of Units 5 and 6 of Tianwan is our company's latest achievement after the "Hualong One" reactor type and the "Guohetwo" reactor type (CAP series) reactor pressure vessel synchronous bolt tensioning machines. It is the "M310" reactor type integral synchronous bolt tensioning machine. The successful acceptance of the "M310" reactor type domestic integral synchronous bolt tensioning machine marks that Leiming Cyber Company has achieved the independent research and development capability for the integral synchronous bolt tensioning machines for the entire reactor pressure vessels of all major pressurized water nuclear power reactor types under construction and in operation in China.
