On April 9th, the trade union of Raymon Cyber Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. held an "Employee Lecture Hall" event. A total of 82 people, including middle and senior management personnel and all employees of the company, participated. At the same time, through various forms such as storytelling, on-site simulations, question-and-answer sessions, and group discussions, the themes of "physical health" and "mental health" were addressed. This enabled the employees to understand the concept of health and methods for maintaining physical and mental well-being.

After the class, the employees all expressed that this "Employee Lecture Hall" event was very meaningful. Not only was the teaching format novel, but the atmosphere was also excellent. At the same time, the content taught by the teacher was very practical. Whether it was theoretical knowledge or methods and techniques, the teacher could express it in simple and understandable language. The examples given were easy to understand and had a sense of intimacy. Most importantly, through learning, they understood what cultural confidence is and how to enhance their own moral cultivation in the workplace. This is of great benefit for having a healthy body and mindset and improving work efficiency.
