Optimize performance management and promote technological innovation. The all-staff performance management training session of Raymond Cyber Company was successfully held.

On the morning of October 30th, the company's performance management promotion training session was held in the first meeting room of the office building. Since the beginning of this year, the company's performance management work has undergone a comprehensive optimization and reform. To enhance the orientation and incentive effect of performance management, achieve the organic unity of individual performance and the company's strategy, further optimize the performance management system and the performance assessment index library, various opinions from the majority of employees were collected, indicators were designed from multiple dimensions and angles, and the "Performance Management System (2021 Edition)" and its supporting documents were gradually optimized and improved. The training session of this system was carried out in multiple rounds throughout the company. 

This performance management training and publicity session mainly covered the basic concepts, values and goals of performance management, the implementation principles, implementation plans and communication of performance documents. The main purpose was to enable employees to correctly understand the performance management concept and the necessity of implementing performance management in the company. The assessment results were closely linked to the achievements and rewards of staff members, promotions and welfare benefits. Measures were formulated from multiple aspects such as commendation or criticism, merit or punishment, promotion or demotion, rewards or deductions. At the same time, in-depth interviews and investigations were conducted with employees (all staff) at the grassroots level, and discussions and exchanges were held with the heads of each center regarding performance management. This created a positive and proactive performance management atmosphere within the company. 

Strengthen the application of results and enhance work quality and efficiency. The Human Resources Department of the company has introduced another new measure. They will implement "digital personnel management", integrating organizational performance management with "digital personnel management", forming an employee management mechanism based on the platform of "performance management + digital personnel management". Personal performance will be linked with the work records, leadership evaluations, task completion, personal achievements, and ability assessment of digital personnel, achieving "performance management leads team building, and digital personnel management leads employee management", comprehensively enhancing the enthusiasm and work efficiency of employees. 

The continuous optimization and deepening of performance management will stimulate the innovative vitality of all employees, help improve the quality and efficiency of each center's work, and lead the majority of employees to abide by rules and regulations, love their jobs, and fulfill their duties, thereby contributing to the development of the company.
