On August 29, 2020, the Party Secretary and Chairman of China National Nuclear Corporation Xi'an Nuclear Equipment Co., Ltd., Dong Hongliang, the Deputy Chief Engineer Yan Haijun, the Deputy Director of the Design Technology Department Liu Quanying, the Deputy Director of the Civil Products Division Yu Weiguo, the Deputy Director of the Civil Products Division Hou Yafang, the Deputy Director of the Enterprise Management and Planning Department Lei Lei, and the Plant Manager of Nuclear Power Division Seven Yang Ming, as well as the Plant Manager of Nuclear Power Division One Zhang Hui, a total of eight people, visited the R & D base of Beijing Leiming Cyber Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Leiming Cyber Company), conducting a comprehensive investigation and research on Leiming Cyber Company's R & D capabilities and R & D projects. The Chairman of Leiming Cyber Company Zhou Wen, the Director of Strategic Relationship Development Lin Song, the Director of the R & D Center Zhao Guozhan, and the Director of the Marketing Center Gao Xiujuan attended the meeting. 

During the meeting, the Raimon Cyber Company's R & D center presented the company's historical development and the details of the major national special projects it has undertaken in the field of nuclear energy. 

During the meeting, Lei Lei, the deputy director of the Enterprise Management and Planning Department of China National Nuclear Corporation Xi'an Nuclear Equipment Co., Ltd., introduced the basic situation of this company. 

During the meeting, the participants visited the Raimon Cyber Company's R & D center, the on-site debugging site of the SmartArc-400 all-position automatic welding machine, the on-site sealing surface of the main steam valve, the on-site CNC cutting/stripping and welding machine debugging site for the fully intelligent control electric valve actuator, the on-site debugging site for the damaged fuel assembly drainage/charging with helium/weld sealing subsystem, and the test site of the Hualong One overall stretching machine test bench. 

A group of leaders from China National Nuclear Corporation's Xi'an Nuclear Equipment Co., Ltd. fully affirmed the R&D technical capabilities of CBE. At the same time, they had a heated discussion with the other party on how to improve the production quality and efficiency of the enterprise itself. 

Mr. Zhou Wen, the chairman, elaborated in detail on how the combination of nuclear power equipment manufacturing enterprises with intelligent production technologies has led to significant improvements in efficiency and quality, as well as effective reduction in costs. 

Chairman Dong Hongliang stated that West Core should focus on differentiation, specialization and automation in order to forge a path suitable for the company itself. In line with the goals of the National 14th Five-Year Plan, West Core needs to undergo transformation and establish in-depth cooperation with research-oriented enterprises like Remon Cyber, achieving the integration of automation in production enterprises.
