On November 8th, China Nuclear Industry Second and Third Construction Co., Ltd. (referred to as CN23 Company) and Beijing Leiming Cyber Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Leiming Cyber Company) signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement at Leiming Cyber Company. Based on their previous good cooperation, the two parties will establish a comprehensive strategic partnership, actively leveraging their respective advantages to achieve complementary strengths and mutual benefit. Chairman and Party Secretary of CN23 Company, Zhang Kai, Vice President and Chief Engineer Fan Kai, Assistant General Manager and General Manager of CN Design, Hu Guangjie, Chief Economist Chen Xu, relevant department heads of CN23 Company and Nuclear Reactor Company, as well as the heads of Leiming Cyber Company, Zhou Wen, Director Deng Zhihong, Director of the Strategic Center Lin Song, Director of the R & D Center Zhao Guozhan, Director of the Marketing Center Gao Xiujan, Director of the Quality Control Center Chen Yonghong, relevant responsible persons of the Welding Department, and relevant responsible persons of the Production Technology Center attended the meeting. 

Zhou Wen, the chairman of Raymond Cyber Company, stated that since 2010, Raymond Cyber Company has designated the nuclear energy field as its main business area. The Second and Third Nuclear Company is the first unit with which Raymond Cyber Company has collaborated in the nuclear industry. This cooperation has enabled the business scope to extend to the nuclear energy field. In the future, based on the signing of this agreement, both parties will leverage their respective strengths for mutual complementation and common development, and actively promote the deepening and expansion of their cooperation to multiple fields.

Zhang Kai, the chairman of the Second and Third Nuclear Company, expressed gratitude to Raymond Cyber Company for its assistance in promoting the advancement of large thick-walled pipeline automatic welding and other aspects. He hopes that through sincere cooperation, both parties will conduct technological reserves, cooperative research and development in areas such as construction equipment automation, intelligence, and autonomy, explore better cooperation models, integrate the technical resources and capabilities of both parties organically, and jointly enter the nuclear industrial value chain service market in China, including nuclear decommissioning, to contribute to the construction of a nuclear technology power country. 

At the end of the ceremony, Zhang Kai, the chairman and party secretary of Zhonghe No. 2 and No. 3 Company, and Zhou Wen, the chairman of Remon Cyber Company, signed the agreement. 

Meanwhile, the participants from China Nuclear No. 2 and No. 3 Company visited the Raimon Cyber Company's R&D center and processing area, engineering service and experimental area, welding experiment zone, stretching machine and simulation pit area, and photovoltaic experimental area after the meeting.
