China Atomic Energy Industry Co., Ltd., on behalf of China Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd., conducted an international public bidding for the project "Overall Bolt Tensioning Machine and Related Equipment for Reactor Pressure Vessels of Units 1 & 2 of Zhangzhou Nuclear Power Plant" on June 25, 2019. Beijing Leiming Saboco Mechanical and Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. participated in this international public bidding. On July 25, Beijing Leiming Saboco Mechanical and Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. received the winning bid notice from China Atomic Energy Industry Co., Ltd.

On October 24, 2018, China Nuclear Engineering Co., Ltd. and Beijing Leiming Saboco Mechanical and Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. jointly developed the overall main bolt tensioning machine, main bolt main nut cleaning machine, and main thread hole cleaning machine for Units 5 and 6 of the Fujian Fuguang Nuclear Power Project (Hualong One). These were successfully passed the factory acceptance. This marked the completion of the transformation of the first "Hualong One" reactor pressure vessel overall main bolt tensioning machine from a research prototype to an engineering machine, which has complete independent intellectual property rights of China.

At 21:32 on May 7, 2019, the "Hualong One" reactor pressure vessel overall main bolt tensioning machine was successfully applied for the first time, completing the load adjustment work for the cold test and hot test without opening the cover of the reactor pressure vessel of the global first "Hualong One" demonstration project, Fuguang Nuclear Power Plant Unit 5. The user gave a positive review.
