In the multimedia activity teaching room on the first floor of Raymond Cyber Company, there are often scenes of excellent lectures by the lecturers and bursts of applause from the trainees. This scene is a course set up by the company's trade union committee to promote the establishment of a learning-oriented trade union organization and strengthen the construction of trade union quality. 

On July 9th, the trade union chairman Wang Tongwen presided over the "Happy Work, Happy Life, Be a Happy Raymond Person - Employee Quality Enhancement Seminar" activity. This activity invited Mr. Wang Kai, a lecturer from the Civilized Citizens General School Lecturer Group of Huairou District, Beijing, and the团长 of the Beijing Huairou Art Troupe， to give the lecture in person. 

Mr. Wang brought us two speeches with the themes of "The Foundation of Happy Work - Family Harmony" and "Positive Attitude， Happy Workplace". Through this learning， everyone understood that shaping a healthy and upward mindset is a good start for doing everything well. Only by adjusting one's own mindset can one bring happiness to those around them， correctly understand oneself， accurately position oneself， and learn to work happily， which not only improves work efficiency but also brings happiness to more people. 

The trade union seminar focuses on practical results and does not seek superficiality. This is the starting point for the trade union committee of Raymond Cyber Company to further run the trade union seminar well. In the future， the trade union will make the content of the seminar and the activity arrangements more rich and closer to the grassroots employees， so that the seminar can better play the role of the trade union as an effective carrier.
