On February 22, 2019, the Environmental Protection Bureau of Huairou District conducted a completion environmental protection acceptance for the "Experimental and Debugging Workshop for the Main Bolt Stretching Machine of the 3rd Nuclear Power Pressure Vessel" at Beijing Leimansaike Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CBE"). The safety director of CBE, Chen Yonghong, and the safety officer, Wang Kai, represented the company to accept the inspection by the acceptance team.

The acceptance team conducted a thorough and meticulous inspection of the various documents and on-site conditions submitted by CBE in accordance with the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution", the "Beijing Regulations on the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution", and the "Interim Measures for the Completion Environmental Protection Acceptance of Construction Projects". They believed that the solid waste disposal measures of this project were basically implemented, and the solid waste generated during operation had been entrusted to qualified units for disposal. They agreed that the "Experimental and Debugging Workshop for the Main Bolt Stretching Machine of the 3rd Nuclear Power Pressure Vessel" had passed the environmental protection acceptance.

At the same time, the acceptance team required CBE to incorporate the "Experimental and Debugging Workshop for the Main Bolt Stretching Machine of the 3rd Nuclear Power Pressure Vessel" into the company's daily management, strengthen environmental risk prevention, and ensure the daily maintenance and management of various environmental protection facilities to ensure stable and compliant pollutant emissions. They fully supported the country in winning the battle for blue skies and building a beautiful China with blue skies, green land and clear water.
