Leiming Sibao is a high-tech private enterprise positioned as a specialized research and design institute for special intelligent equipment. It has undertaken multiple national major science and technology project research and development tasks, gathering a group of experts proficient in mechanics, electronics, automatic control, and welding, etc. It has accumulated profound technical accumulation and engineering experience in the research and manufacturing of special intelligent equipment for nuclear power, post-processing, decommissioning, military industry, petrochemicals, etc. and has developed a number of technologies and products with complete independent intellectual property rights. 

In 2017, the company completed the independent research and development of the integral synchronous bolt tensioning machine for the reactor pressure vessel of the first unit of the "Hualong One" demonstration project. It was awarded the 2017 China Energy Equipment Ten-Year Innovative Product of the Year. This equipment will soon be used in the first unit demonstration project of "Hualong One". Leiming Cyber not only achieved the domestication of this key equipment in the nuclear power field, but also the performance of the equipment was superior to that of similar foreign products. This is of great significance for promoting the domestication of nuclear power and provides independent technological support for the realization of the "going out" strategy of China's own third-generation nuclear power "Hualong One". 

In the fields of nuclear power and waste management, the company has developed a series of intelligent equipment such as the 400-liter bucket opening/closing system for low-level radioactive waste at Fuzhou Nuclear Power Plant, the automatic welding robot for spent fuel storage tanks in the demonstration project of high-temperature gas-cooled reactor nuclear power plants, and the automatic refueling robot for the small chambers of heavy water reactors in Algeria. In the field of special welding, the company has solved major technical problems such as narrow gap welding of large-thickness nickel-based alloy main pipelines for nuclear power, pipe-to-pipe welding of different materials, welding in nuclear radiation environments, and welding in narrow spaces, and has developed the SmartArc-400TE full-position intelligent welding system with independent intellectual property rights, which has broad application prospects in the nuclear energy, petrochemical, power, shipbuilding, and military industries. In the marine oil field, the company has successfully developed heavy-duty underwater multi-purpose robots, underwater high-pressure abrasive water jet cutting robots, shallow sea underwater pipeline laying robots, shallow sea underwater cable/ optical cable laying robots, and underwater ultra-high pressure abrasive water jet cutting robots, and has accumulated rich product experience. 

Currently, with the restart of nuclear power being on the horizon, the increasing urgency of spent fuel reprocessing needs, and the rising prominence of nuclear power facility decommissioning issues, the demand for intelligent equipment for special environments is constantly increasing.
