On March 8, 2018, Zhang Xiaohui, the director of the Platform Department of the 719 Research Institute of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, along with engineers Sun Fongjiang, Mei Zhen, and Hu Yu, attended the event. 

This meeting determined the project organization structure, personnel allocation of both parties, as well as the contact methods of the personnel from both sides. It also introduced the progress of their respective preliminary work and the phased achievements. In response to the requirements of the research and development contract, both parties initially determined the work plan and assessment milestones. The 719 Research Institute inspected the on-site office environment and logistical support conditions of the Raymond Cyber Company.

This project kick-off meeting enabled both parties to better understand each other, clarify the communication channels, and laid a solid foundation for the smooth execution of the contract.
