The RPV all-in-one main bolt tensile machine of Raymond Cyber Company has won the "Top Ten Annual Innovative Products in China's Energy Equipment" award.

On September 20, 2017, the first China Energy Industry Development Annual Conference was held in Beijing. This conference announced the results of the selection of outstanding individuals, enterprises and products in China's energy equipment industry.

The aim of this event was to contribute positively to those individuals and enterprises who promoted equipment autonomy and domestication, as well as representative innovative products. The RPV integrated full-synchronous bolt tensioning machine product of Leiming Sibao Company won the fifth "China Energy Equipment Ten-Year Innovative Product of the Year" award. The company's chief technology officer Zhou Wen attended this event.

Chief Technology Officer Zhou Wen delivered a speech on behalf of the winning enterprise at the meeting, elaborating on the dialectical relationship between the mathematical and physical top-level design in independent innovation activities and the mature technology. The integrated full-synchronous bolt tensioning machine developed and manufactured by Leiming Sibao Company can achieve maximum output in extremely narrow spaces, meeting the requirements for pre-tightening of reactor pressure vessel covers; it has a high level of automation, and can achieve automatic horizontal adjustment and automatic centering without manual operation, greatly reducing the installation and positioning time of the integrated full-synchronous bolt tensioning machine. The accuracy and reliability have been greatly improved, avoiding the risk of damaging the main thread during the insertion and extraction of the main bolt.

The integrated full-synchronous bolt tensioning machine does not require workers to enter the pile pit for operation. Through program control, all work related to the installation and disassembly of the main bolt can be realized, greatly improving work efficiency, shortening the major repair period, and reducing the radiation dose received by the workers.

Leiming Sibao Company optimized the process of the integrated full-synchronous bolt tensioning machine, designed and displayed the human-machine interface according to the process, and all human-machine interfaces adopted intuitive graphical display. And the system was designed with functional interlock, mutual lock, and electrical interlock and mutual lock according to the process, and placed in the human-machine interface design. By setting different levels of personnel's permissions to ensure the safe operation of the equipment, the probability of accidental operation was reduced.

After the awarding ceremony of the annual conference, Chief Technology Officer Zhou Wen participated in the closed-door meeting to promote independent innovation chaired by Director Hong Tao of the Energy Policy Research Office of the State Development Research Center.
