On August 18, 2017, Zuo Bin, the deputy secretary and vice general manager of the Party Committee of China Nuclear Engineering Construction Group Corporation, along with Zhuang Huolin, the chief engineer and chief information officer, a team of six people, visited the Beijing R&D base of CBE Group for a cooperation visit on nuclear decommissioning projects. They also conducted a comprehensive investigation and research on the R&D capabilities and R&D projects of CBE Group. Mr. Zhou Wen, the chief technology officer of CBE Group, presided over the meeting in person. During the meeting, technical engineers introduced the development history and typical cases of CBE Group's nuclear power equipment as well as the analysis of domestic and international nuclear decommissioning situations. 

The leaders of China Nuclear Engineering Construction Group Corporation highly praised the R&D technology and R&D management capabilities of CBE. They also had in-depth discussions with the participants of CBE on the cooperation contents of domestic and international nuclear decommissioning projects. After the meeting, Mr. Zhou Wen, the Chief Technology Officer, accompanied the leaders of China Nuclear Engineering Construction Group Corporation to visit the R&D supporting processing workshop, welding technology laboratory, and main bolt tensioning assembly experimental site of CBE Nuclear Research Institute. 

 Through this exchange, both companies have deepened their mutual understanding, laying a solid foundation for their in-depth cooperation. Deng Xiaoliang, the director of the Science, Technology and Informationization Department of China Nuclear Engineering Construction Group Corporation, Liu Gaojie, the deputy director of the Strategic Planning Department, Wu Yuanchen, the assistant general manager of CNE Investment Co., Ltd., Nai Baoguo, the director of the Strategic Planning Department, and Huang Yong, the deputy director of the Human Resources Department, all attended this meeting. Liu Yang, the director of CBE Group, Zhao Guozhuan, the chief engineer, Lin Song, the director of Strategic Development, Zhang Dan, the director of Operations, Xu Rong, the director of Marketing, and Wang Ping, the general manager of the Welding Company, all participated in this discussion.
