The research project related to the "Hualong One" reactor pressure vessel integral bolt tensioning machine and its associated equipment, jointly carried out by China Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd. and Beijing Leiming Sibao Mechanical and Electrical Technology Co., Ltd., was held on June 16, 2017 in Huairou, Beijing, with the "Expert Review Meeting for the Prototype of the 'Hualong One' Reactor Pressure Vessel Integral Bolt Tensioning Machine, Bolt Cleaning Machine and Bolt Hole Cleaning Machine" being held.

The expert review panel was composed of experts from relevant units such as China International Engineering Consulting Corporation, China Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd., Hualong International Nuclear Power Technology Co., Ltd., China Nuclear Power Research and Design Institute, and China First Heavy Industry Group Dalian Hydrogen Reactor Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The leaders and relevant personnel from China Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd., Fuzhou Fuqing Nuclear Power Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Nuclear Power Co., Ltd., and other companies attended the meeting. CBE Group Chairman Zhou Wen and relevant personnel of the project participated in this meeting. 

At the meeting, the expert group listened to the report from Beijing Leiming Symbio Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. on the development process of the "Hualong One" reactor pressure vessel overall bolt tensioning machine, bolt cleaning machine and bolt hole cleaning machine, as well as the preparation for the verification tests and the quality assurance situation. They witnessed the main process of the verification test of the overall bolt tensioning machine sample machine on-site and reviewed the relevant documents of the verification test. After careful discussion and answering questions, the expert group reached the following consensus:

1. The working process of the overall bolt tensioning machine is complete, with all functions available, and the performance is stable, meeting the technical specifications requirements of the "Hualong One" reactor pressure vessel overall bolt tensioning machine and related equipment.

2. The verification documents submitted by CBE are complete and comprehensive, meeting the verification requirements.

3. The automatic centering function, automatic level adjustment, and synchronous lifting function of the overall bolt tensioning machine are advanced, expanding the applicability of the equipment and improving the overall working efficiency of the equipment.

The experts present unanimously agreed that the sample machines of the "Hualong One" reactor pressure vessel overall bolt tensioning machine, bolt cleaning machine and bolt hole cleaning machine have passed the verification. The successful passage of the expert review meeting for the "Hualong One" reactor pressure vessel overall bolt tensioning machine, bolt cleaning machine and bolt hole cleaning machine sample machines provides new guarantees and support for the equipment domestication construction of "Hualong One".
