On March 11, 2017, in accordance with the arrangement of the acceptance group for the reactor pressure vessel simulation of Units 5 and 6 in Fuqing, Chen Yonghong, the quality director of Beijing Leiming Cyber Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. (CBE), conducted a re-inspection of the remaining items from the factory acceptance of the simulation body at the manufacturing plant and witnessed the entire process of packaging and transportation loading. To ensure the effectiveness of the re-inspection, in accordance with HAF003 "Safety Regulations for Quality Assurance of Nuclear Power Plants" and ISO9001 "Requirements for Quality Management System", CBE prepared a "Record of Inspection of Remaining Items from Factory Acceptance of Simulation Bodies" for this re-inspection and received the approval of the acceptance group. At the re-inspection site, CBE first conducted a detailed inspection of the completeness and appearance quality of the remaining items, then conducted a detailed review of the upgrade situation of the completion report, and required the manufacturing plant to supplement the relevant materials. Finally, CBE believed that all the remaining items from the factory acceptance of the simulation body had been rectified and qualified, and agreed to package and ship. Due to the long transportation distance, CBE also witnessed the entire process of packaging and transportation loading of the simulation body, and proposed suggestions for improving the packaging method of some parts to ensure safe and undamaged delivery to the destination. Currently, the transportation vehicle carrying the simulation body has set off and is expected to arrive at CBE on the 21st of this month, ensuring the smooth progress of the functional and performance tests of the overall bolt tensioning machine for the reactor pressure vessels of Units 5 and 6 in Fuqing.
