On the early morning of February 19, 2017, three large trucks arrived at the production base of CBE Company successively. The vehicles were carrying a huge object weighing approximately 60 tons - the QD75/10t electric double-girder bridge crane.

This equipment was specially ordered by CBE at a cost of over one million yuan for the "Full-Synchronous Stretching Machine Full-Scale Test Plant". It was designed to meet the requirements of the "Overall Bolt Stretching Machine for Reactor Pressure Vessels of Units 5 and 6 of Fuzhou Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant" project for research and manufacturing.

More than two months ago, the Quality Safety Center of CBE had already conducted factory acceptance for it at the crane manufacturing plant, fully meeting the quality standards stipulated in the contract. Now the factory has the conditions for installation, and the equipment arrived at the site on schedule.

The Quality Safety Center of CBE, the Infrastructure Office, and the engineering supervision engineers jointly conducted on-site inspections of the equipment, confirmed it was correct, and then CBE gave a technical briefing on the on-site situation of the project, signed a "Safety Construction Agreement", and officially started the crane installation work. At present, the installation of the crane is proceeding in a tense and orderly manner. It is expected to be completed within one week, providing strong hardware support for the smooth progress of the subsequent research and manufacturing work.
