On July 18, 2016, Beijing Leiming Cyber Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. inspected the steel structure subcontractor of the "Full-Scale Test Plant for the Full-Synchronous Stretching Machine". This inspection was led by Director Chen Yonghong of the Infrastructure Office, and was attended by the supervising engineer, the deputy general manager of the construction unit, and the project manager, among others.

The "Full-Scale Test Plant for the Full-Synchronous Stretching Machine" is a single-story portal frame structure, and the steel structure part is the key part of the construction project. During this inspection, the four parties communicated and exchanged ideas regarding the design plan of the "Full-Scale Test Plant for the Full-Synchronous Stretching Machine", and also gained a deep understanding of the technical capabilities, production capacity, installation capabilities, and quality management system of the steel structure subcontractor, and conducted on-site inspections at the production site.

Through this inspection, it was concluded that the technical capabilities, production capabilities, and installation capabilities of the subcontractor fully met the project requirements, and the quality assurance system was operating effectively. Therefore, the subcontractor can undertake the steel structure project of the "Full-Scale Test Plant for the Full-Synchronous Stretching Machine".
