According to the control requirements of the "Reactor Pressure Vessel Overall Bolt Tensioning Machine Project" for the outsourced processing parts in the "Quality Plan", the quality assurance personnel of CBE conducted on-site witnessing of the processing quality of the important outsourced part "Support Ring" at the outsourcing factory on July 17-18, 2016. 

The CBE quality assurance personnel first reviewed the effectiveness of the inspection-related monitoring and measuring equipment. Then, they measured and rechecked the dimensions of the parts. Finally, they confirmed that the quality records of the important outsourced component "support ring" were true and complete, the monitoring and measuring equipment used was effective, and the processing quality was qualified. 

This quality verification work has been successfully completed, advancing the progress of the "Overall Bolt Tensioning Machine for Reactor Pressure Vessels of Units 5 and 6 of Fuzhou Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant" project undertaken by CBE by another step. The quality assurance personnel of CBE will continue to strictly implement the "Quality Plan" of the project in the subsequent work, providing strong guarantee for product quality.
