According to the control points specified in the "Overall Bolt Stretching Machine" project's "Quality Plan", the CBE quality assurance personnel conducted on-site witnessing of the processing quality of the key external component "guide rail" at the external supplier's factory from June 17th to 23rd, 2016. 

The CBE quality assurance personnel first examined the quality records of each process in the part manufacturing, reviewed the qualifications of the operators and the effectiveness of the inspection equipment, and measured and rechecked the dimensions of the parts at the production site. Finally, they confirmed that the quality records of the important external component "guide rail" were true and complete, the qualifications of the operators and the used inspection equipment were effective, and the processing quality was qualified. 

This quality verification work has been successfully completed, advancing the progress of the "Overall Bolt Tensioning Machine for Reactor Pressure Vessels of Units 5 and 6 of Fuzhou Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant" project undertaken by CBE by another step. The quality assurance personnel of CBE will continue to strictly implement the "Quality Plan" of the project in the subsequent work, providing strong guarantee for product quality!
