In early 2015, Beijing Leiming Cyber Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. undertook the research and manufacturing work for the "Overall Bolt Tensioning Machine for Reactor Pressure Vessels of Units 5 and 6 of Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant in Fujian Province". During the contract review period, they immediately began to discuss the requirements for the test environment of this product and the corresponding solutions. 

Given that this product serves the key national project "Hualong One", and it is the first time for domestic production, in order to ensure product quality, it was ultimately decided to build a "full-scale test workshop for the full-synchronous stretching machine", simulating the actual site conditions at a 1:1 scale, and completing all the tests of this product within the workshop. 

On May 20, 2016, the "Full-scale Test Plant for the Fully Synchronous Stretching Machine" officially began construction. The construction teams and machinery started to arrive and start leveling the land. 

The construction project is expected to take 2 months, which is synchronized with the development and manufacturing process of this product. This will provide a guarantee for the product testing work and ensure that qualified products are delivered to customers on time.
