The project coordination meeting for the overall bolt tensioning machine of the reactor pressure vessels of Units 5 and 6 of Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant has been held.On May 20, 2016, Vice General Manager Chen Guocai, Purchasing Department Head Zhang Guowei, Project Leader Wei Banghua from Fujian Fucheng Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. (referred to as "FQNPC"), as well as Director Li Ming of the Purchasing Department, Deputy Director Lu Haihui of the Contract Management Department, Project Purchasing Manager Sheng Haoran, Section Chief Xu Xiaodong from the Mechanical II Department, and Project Manager Yang Weitao, a total of eight people, visited Beijing Leimeng Siboc Mechanical and Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "CBE") to attend the "Coordination Meeting for the Overall Bolt Tensioning Machine Project of Reactor Pressure Vessels of Units 5 and 6 of Fujian Fucheng Nuclear Power Plant".
CBE reported on the progress of the RPV bolt tensioning machine project. FQNPC and CNPE presented the risks and countermeasures for the overall bolt tensioning machine project of RPV, the work plan arrangement for the verification of main bolt loading and unloading, the design solidification and manufacturing start-up arrangement for the hole cleaning machine and bolt cleaning machine, the design and manufacturing arrangement for the tensioning machine prototype, the arrival status of self-made component raw materials, the arrival plan for purchased components, the contract change application for the simulation body, the guide rail, and the load change of the main bolt, as well as the monthly project progress report. All the participants listened to the report from CBE and through thorough discussion and communication, determined the subsequent action items for all parties and implemented the completion time. After the meeting, the leaders visited the CBE equipment exhibition area and carefully observed two key technical experiments: the automatic loading robot for the main bolts and the ultra-high pressure hydraulic stretching unit.
