On April 15, 2016, the sixth meeting of the second council of the China Nuclear Energy Association was held in Beijing. 

During the meeting, after the voting by all the attending directors, it was unanimously agreed that Beijing Leiming Sibao Mechanical and Electrical Technology Company is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, production and sales of advanced solutions for high-tech processes and robotic equipment used in the manufacturing, installation, maintenance, emergency response and decommissioning of nuclear equipment. It can comprehensively and crosswise apply six technologies: on-site measurement engineering technology; on-site mobile docking engineering technology; on-site machining engineering technology; on-site welding engineering technology; on-site bolt engineering technology; and opto-mechanical automatic control technology. It has made outstanding contributions to solving all mechanical problems encountered in six types of engineering in nuclear power: process design engineering; manufacturing engineering; installation engineering; maintenance engineering; emergency response engineering; and dismantling engineering. We also welcome Beijing Leiming Sibao Mechanical and Electrical Technology Company to join the China Nuclear Energy Industry Association.
