On April 24, 2016, in the meeting room of China General Nuclear Fund Company in Shenzhen Science and Technology Building, the ceremony for awarding the consultant certificate to Professor Zhou Wen, the chief technology officer of Raymon Cyber Company, as the chief technical advisor of China General Nuclear Fund Company was held. Mr. Yin Engang, the general manager of the Finance Department of China General Nuclear Group Corporation and the chairman of China General Nuclear Industry Fund Management Company, presented the chief technical advisor certificate to Professor Zhou Wen of Raymon Cyber Company. Also present at the awarding ceremony were Mr. Yan Zepao, the administrative president of China General Nuclear Industry Fund Management Company, and Mr. Wang Wei, the investment director and legal affairs director. 

After the awarding ceremony, the relevant leaders of China General Nuclear Fund Company hosted a banquet to entertain the chief technical advisor. 

The technical cooperation between Raymond Cyber Company and China General Nuclear Fund Company has a long history. Since 2014, Raymond Cyber Company has repeatedly provided technical consultation opinions to China General Nuclear Fund Company based on its requests regarding the projects that the fund company planned to invest in. The good results of these collaborations have led both parties to form the intention of long-term cooperation. In March 2016, the two parties reached a cooperation agreement on long-term cooperation.
