"Expert review of the reactor pressure vessel simulation body scheme for the integral bolt tensioning machine and verification of the feasibility of two key technologies, with a viewing session."Time:2016-01-25 On January 22, 2016, an expert review and two key technology feasibility verification observation witnessing meeting for the reactor pressure vessel simulation body technology scheme of the integral full-synchronous bolt tensioning machine was successfully held at our company's Beijing Huairou base. Mr. Zhou Wen, the chairman of CBE Group, presided over this meeting. The experts present included Mr. Wu Ming, a senior engineer from the Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd., Mr. Zhang Yaochun, a senior engineer from the Nuclear Equipment Institute, Mr. Zhang Zhengming, a researcher from the Institute of Nuclear Energy and New Energy Technology of Tsinghua University, Mr. Yang Qihui, a senior engineer from China Nuclear Power Research and Design Institute, Mr. Zeng Peng, an engineer from China First Heavy Industries, Mr. Zhang Donghui, a senior engineer from China Nuclear Industry Second and Third Construction Co., Ltd., and others. At the meeting, the expert group listened to the presentation by Remon Cyber Company on the functions, composition, structure, mechanical analysis, key manufacturing processes, and other related contents of the reactor pressure vessel simulation body used for the integral fully synchronous bolt tensioning machine. After careful discussion and reaching a consensus, it was determined that the technical scheme and manufacturing process of the reactor pressure vessel simulation body were specific and feasible, capable of realizing the full process and full function tests of the integral fully synchronous bolt tensioning machine. The review was passed and it was recommended to proceed with the manufacturing work. After the review of the reactor pressure vessel simulation body, the expert group present witnessed on-site the feasibility verification tests of two key technologies of our company's integral full-synchronous bolt tensioning machine, namely the main bolt insertion/rotation robot and the hydraulic tensioning unit. The entire working process of the main bolt insertion/rotation robot was smooth, safe and reliable; the hydraulic tensioning unit had a compact structure, smooth loading and piston reset, and reliable travel protection function. The on-site experts highly praised the achieved interim achievements. The successful verification of the two key technologies marks an important milestone in the development process of the integral bolt tensioning machine. The reactor pressure vessel simulation model will provide a reliable guarantee for the overall performance test of the integral fully-synchronized bolt tensioning machine. Also present at this meeting were Xu Xiaodong, the section chief of Mechanical Department 2 of the Procurement Department of China Engineering Company, Engineer Yang Weitao, Engineer Jia Yanbo from the Equipment Department, and Engineer Qiu Chao from the Commissioning Department of China Nuclear Fuqing. Our company's Director of R&D and Manufacturing Center Wang Kai, Director of the Operations Department Zhang Dan, Deputy Chief Designer Zhao Guozhan, Design Supervisor Wei Meng, Engineering Department Manager Xu Rong, Contract Supervisor He Wen, Safety and Quality Assurance Department Manager Li Dehao, and Design Engineer Zhang Hongtao, among others, attended this meeting.
