"The hydraulic nuts of the CAP1400 reactor pressure vessel" and "Research on the tensile test of the main bolts of the reactor pressure vessel" have successfully passed the inspection.Time:2016-01-12 On January 8, 2016, the Shanghai Nuclear Engineering Research Institute and Beijing Leiming Cyber Company jointly held a project acceptance meeting for two "National Major Science and Technology Special Projects" - "Hydraulic Nuts for CAP1400 Reactor Pressure Vessel" and "Research on Tensile Tests of Main Bolts for Reactor Pressure Vessel". At the meeting, our company provided a comprehensive report on the project background, project objectives, implementation process, test conclusions, financial statements, and quality assurance documents. We also answered the questions raised by the experts from the acceptance team. After thorough communication and exchange, all the experts from the institute's acceptance team unanimously agreed that the technical and quality documents for both projects were complete, the financial statements met the requirements, and all indicators met the contract requirements. They approved the acceptance. The successful development of the hydraulic nut prototype for the CAP1400 reactor pressure vessel has solved the technical problem of axial reciprocating dynamic sealing under high temperature, high pressure and radiation conditions, and has verified the feasibility of the hydraulic nut's engineering application in the CAP1400 and subsequent models. The tensile test data of the main bolts of the reactor pressure vessel provides strong technical support for the optimization and upgrading of the design, manufacturing, and installation processes of the reactor pressure vessel main bolts. The attending experts from the hospital included Deputy Chief Engineer Jing Yi, Director of the Comprehensive Department He Yinbiao, Manager of the Business Department Liu Dehua, Manager of the Research Management Department Liu Bin, Reactor Body Engineers Chen Yufan and Tang Weihua, etc.
