Recently, the "Zhangzhou Nuclear Power Unit 101 Outage (RFO-1) – Technical Service for Integrated Tensioner Operation and Cleaning Service for Main Bolts/Nuts and Main Bolt Holes" undertaken by Raymond-CBE was successfully completed. The project achieved outstanding results with zero safety incidents, 100% quality compliance, and on-schedule completion, once again demonstrating the company's technical strength and engineering service capabilities in the nuclear power maintenance sector.

During this outage, Raymond-CBE completed a total of four on-site integrated tensioner operation services, covering key milestones including: the initial reactor vessel head opening, head closure for the pressure test, head opening after the pressure test, and head closure after fuel loading. Additionally, the team completed two cleaning services for main bolts/nuts and main bolt holes, following the initial head opening and after the pressure test. Throughout the entire service process, the Raymond-CBE engineering service team worked side by side with on-site personnel. Leveraging their solid technical expertise and extensive practical experience, they strictly adhered to nuclear site safety and quality standards, achieving standardized operations, complete documentation, and rapid response. The team successfully accomplished all operational tasks, delivering outstanding results characterized by optimal equipment performance and zero operational errors. They earned genuine praise from the customer and laid a solid foundation for the smooth progression of subsequent unit milestones.

To date, the " RPV Integral Full-Synchronous  Stud Tensioning Robot," independently developed and manufactured by Raymond-CBE, has successfully completed 69 reactor pressure vessel opening/closing operations inside nuclear islands. This milestone fully validates the high reliability, exceptional stability, and strong adaptability of this advanced equipment under the complex and demanding conditions of nuclear facilities.
