56th successful operation! The Raymond Cyber Integrated Bolt Tensioning Robot demonstrates outstanding reliability and excellence.Yesterday (the 15th), with the successful completion of the "on-site operation service project for the overall bolt tensioning machine for the closure and opening of the cover after loading of Unit 2 of Zhangzhou Nuclear Power Plant", the "integral synchronous bolt tensioning robot for nuclear reactor pressure vessels", developed and manufactured by Remon Cyber Nuclear Equipment Technology Research Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Remon Cyber"), successfully completed its 56th opening/closing operation on the nuclear island reactor.
As a key equipment for ensuring the opening and closing of the pressure vessel of the nuclear reactor, the accuracy and efficiency of its operation directly affect the maintenance schedule of the unit and the operational safety. The 56th successful operation marks that the Raymond Cyber overall bolt tensioning robot product has demonstrated outstanding reliability and stability in long-term engineering practice.
In this project, the engineering service team of Raymond Cyber worked closely with the site. Once again, with their superb skills and rich experience, they successfully completed the cover-up task, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent grid connection and power generation of the unit. The 56 successful applications not only represent the success of the product technology, but also serve as a powerful testimony to Raymond Cyber's deep engagement in the nuclear power field and its commitment to independent innovation. In the future, Raymond Cyber will continue to uphold the meticulous craftsmanship spirit, providing safer, more efficient and smarter equipment and services to global nuclear power customers, and contributing to the steady development of the world's clean energy industry. |
