On August 26, 2025, at the invitation of the Starfire One General Contracting Project Department of China Nuclear Industry Second and Third Construction Company, Zhao Guozhan, the director of R&D at Beijing Leiming Cyber Nuclear Equipment Technology Research Co., Ltd., and Lin Song, the director of Strategic Development, led a delegation to visit the Starfire One General Contracting Project Department of China National Nuclear Corporation. During the visit, the two sides exchanged views on cooperation in the installation technology of the vacuum chamber for nuclear fusion devices. 

At the meeting, Ji Jiaxiong, the general manager of the Starfire One General Contracting Project Department, welcomed the visit of the Raymond Cyber Company and provided relevant introductions on the overall situation of the Starfire One nuclear fusion device, as well as the integrated equipment for the vacuum chamber loop connection installation and the specialized automatic equipment for installing the internal components of the vacuum chamber. Subsequently, the technical director Wang Haidong elaborated in detail on the installation requirements and difficulties of the vacuum chamber for this project. 

Zhao Guozhuan introduced that in the past ten years, Raymon Cyber Company has achieved several technological breakthroughs and research results in the field of nuclear energy, especially in the overall installation of tokamaks. He also mentioned the cooperation between the company and the China Nuclear No. 2 and No. 3 Company in the international tokamak ITER project. Zhao Guozhuan highly praised the numerous achievements obtained through the strategic cooperation with China Nuclear No. 2 and No. 3 Company. Zhao Guozhuan stated that Raymon Cyber Company is very eager to apply the innovative technical solutions for comprehensive mechanical engineering solutions it has accumulated to the field of nuclear fusion energy. He hopes to leverage its own advantages to provide solutions to technical challenges during the installation process of the Starfire One fusion reactor vacuum chamber, and contribute to the development of the country's nuclear fusion energy industry. 

Lin Song, the director of strategic development at Raymond Cyber, and Deng Bing, Wang Haidong, Zhong Lang and other personnel from the technical department, quality department and complete set department of the Starfire One general contracting project team, participated in this special exchange meeting.
