To help new employees quickly integrate into the team and meet the job requirements, recently, the Human Resources Department of Beijing Leiming Cyber Nuclear Equipment Technology Research Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Leiming Cyber Nuclear Equipment") held the 2025 annual new employee onboarding training and welcome ceremony. Chairman and Chief Technology Officer Zhou Wen attended the event and delivered the "first lesson for new employees".

The morning training began in a lively atmosphere. The new employees introduced themselves one after another, demonstrating a proactive and energetic spirit. Chairman Zhou Wen warmly welcomed the new employees' joining and, from aspects such as the company's development strategy and the prospects of the nuclear industry, elaborated on the company's development blueprint in a clear and concise manner. He emphasized that as a global-oriented innovative research and development enterprise, the employees of Raymon Cyber Nuclear Equipment should adopt a structured mindset, using systematic and logical methods to address technical challenges and complex issues. At the same time, they should enhance their cross-cultural communication skills, be able to participate in international collaborations in multiple languages and with an open mind, and continuously grow and break through through practical experience. In the subsequent courses, the four technical backbone members of Raymond Cyber Nuclear Equipment, drawing on their extensive practical experience in the nuclear equipment field, recounted their journey from entering the industry to gradually becoming the core of the technology team. They shared their insights gained during the process of key technology research, teamwork, and innovative breakthroughs. Moreover, they presented forward-looking views on the future technological trends and market opportunities in the nuclear energy industry. This exchange not only broadened the industry horizons of the participants but also strengthened their confidence and sense of mission in the innovative development of nuclear equipment technology research. 

In addition, this training program also successively carried out various sessions such as corporate culture dissemination, human resources system explanation, career planning guidance, welfare introduction, and anti-fraud publicity, helping new employees systematically master the regulations, enhance their safety awareness, and establish a sense of cultural identity.
