Recently, the "An Auxiliary Supporting Device" independently developed by Beijing Leiming Cyber Nuclear Equipment Technology Research Co., Ltd. (referred to as Leiming Cyber Nuclear Equipment) has officially obtained the invention patent certificate issued by the National Intellectual Property Administration (Patent Number: ZL 202111318471.3). The acquisition of this patent technology indicates that the company has overcome another key technical bottleneck in the nuclear equipment field, providing a brand-new solution for the precise on-site processing of key equipment in nuclear power plants. 

During the construction of nuclear power plants, the installation of the support for the reactor pressure vessel, a key component of the nuclear power plant, requires the efficient and precise processing of the installation holes within an extremely narrow working space. However, traditional machine tools, due to issues such as insufficient stiffness of the extended tool rods, are unable to meet the stringent processing accuracy requirements for tapped threaded holes. To address this, the Raimon Cyber Nuclear Equipment R & D team conducted continuous technological research and development, innovatively developing the "DBT-114 Drilling, Boring and Tapping Combined Machine Tool" for the nuclear demonstration project.

As the core technology of this machine tool, the "an auxiliary support device" that has obtained a national invention patent this time involves an auxiliary support device that can enhance the rigidity and positioning accuracy of the spindle of the machine tool, robot or other specialized equipment. It mainly provides high rigidity positioning support during drilling and boring processes, and provides counteracting support during tapping processes. This auxiliary support device can precisely and reliably constrain the extended tool bar and effectively increase the rigidity of the tool bar. At the same time, it integrates the precise positioning and counteracting support functions of the tapping component, successfully solving the industry problem of precise on-site processing of the installation holes of reactor pressure vessel support brackets in a restricted space. This has enabled a significant breakthrough in processing efficiency and accuracy, and shortened the main construction cycle of nuclear power units by 2 months.
