On July 29, 2025 at 22:00, when the last intelligent bolt robot completed its precise positioning, the third-generation integrated bolt tensioning machine independently developed by Beijing Leiming Saisu Nuclear Equipment Technology Research Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Leiming Saisu") successfully completed the key task in the hot test and cover closure operation of Unit 3 of Changle Nuclear Power Plant in Hainan. The success of this operation marked the 54th successful opening/closing operation of the main bolt tensioning machine for the full synchronous integral reactor pressure vessel in the nuclear island of the nuclear power plant. It also signified a leap from "following" to "leading" in China's nuclear power high-end equipment field, providing core technical support for the global deployment of the "Hualong One" project. 

This was the third on-site operation technical service operation of the overall bolt tensioning machine for the Raymond Cyber reactor pressure vessel after its delivery. It was also inseparable from the joint efforts of the Hainan Project Department of China Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd., Huaneng Hainan Changjiang Nuclear Power Co., Ltd., and the Hainan Changjiang Nuclear Power Project Department of China Nuclear Industry Fifth Construction Co., Ltd.
