Technology research and development is the source of continuous innovation and the core competitiveness of enterprises. To encourage enterprises to achieve outstanding results in independent research and development and model innovation, the Beijing Science and Technology Commission has continuously carried out the work of recognizing technology enterprises. In August 2023, Beijing Leimansaihubei Nuclear Equipment Technology Research Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the company") successfully passed the strict review of the Beijing Science and Technology Commission with its outstanding independent research capabilities and technology transfer capabilities. After being recognized in 2020, it passed the "Beijing-level Enterprise Technology Research and Development Institution" recognition again and received the recognition certificate. 

The "Certification of Beijing Municipal-level Scientific Research and Development Institutions" is an enterprise qualification certification program established by the Beijing government to leverage the advantages of the capital's abundant talent pool and scientific and educational resources. It aims to further guide and encourage the construction of enterprise scientific research and development institutions, strengthen the position of enterprises as the main body of technological innovation, and fully utilize the important role of enterprise scientific research and development institutions in serving enterprise innovation and supporting industrial development. This program assesses enterprises from multiple dimensions such as development direction, enterprise credit, intellectual property rights, growth potential, and research and development, and enterprises that obtain the certification will receive support from the Beijing government in terms of tax policies, government funds and project subsidies, and talent introduction. 

Since its establishment, the company has continuously received recognition from the government and the industry, and has successively obtained the national-level "Specialized, High-End, Innovative and High-Quality Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" honorary title from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The fully synchronized bolt tensile machine developed by the company has obtained the certificate for new technologies and new products (services) in Beijing, the honorary title of "Top Ten Annual Innovative Products in China's Energy Equipment Industry", and was awarded the "Science and Technology Award of China Nuclear Industry Group Co., Ltd.". The research project "SmartArcTM-400 Full-Axis Intelligent Welding System" was recognized as the first (set) major technological equipment by the Beijing Development and Reform Commission. It was also recognized as a "Intellectual Property Pilot Unit" by the Beijing Intellectual Property Bureau and awarded a certificate and other honors. This qualification recognition fully affirms the company's research and development capabilities. The company will continue to invest in scientific and technological research, cultivate high-tech talents, and accelerate the transformation and large-scale application of scientific and technological achievements.
