On the afternoon of June 26th, the signing ceremony for the "Guohe No.1" industrial chain alliance establishment agreement and supporting agreements was held in Beijing. Under the witness of leaders from the Central Research Institute of China Power Investment Corporation and others, Beijing Leiming Cyber Nuclear Equipment Technology Research Co., Ltd., as one of the cooperative partners of the industrial alliance, signed the "Guohe No.1 Industrial Chain Alliance Establishment Agreement" and the "Industrial Chain Supporting Agreement". Yan Yan, the deputy secretary of the Party committee and the vice general manager of Shanghai Nuclear Engineering Research and Design Co., Ltd., Wang Xuejia, the deputy director, Liu Xin, the assistant general manager, Tian Lin, the assistant general manager, Shao Changlei, the director of the Engineering Equipment Department, Zhou Wen, the chairman of Beijing Leiming Cyber Nuclear Equipment Technology Research Co., Ltd., Zhao Guozhan, the director of R&D and Design, and Zhang Dan, the director of Operations, among other leaders, attended the ceremony. 

Chairman Zhou Wen and Deputy Secretary Yan Yan signed the agreement for jointly building an industrial alliance. 

Director Zhao Guozhuan and Director Shao Changlei signed an industrial chain cooperation agreement. 

The "Guohuo No.1" industrial chain alliance was initiated by State Power Investment Corporation based on the national nuclear power company (Shanghai Nuclear Engineering Institute) as the overall technical unit. It is jointly established by domestic units with independent legal person status that are engaged in the research and development, design, equipment manufacturing, bulk material supply, civil engineering, installation, commissioning, and operation of "Guohuo No.1" nuclear power projects. This is a public welfare non-profit organization covering the entire country and the entire industry. The alliance will play a role in technology leadership and focus on building five specialized working platforms: the modern industrial chain model-driven and collaborative innovation platform, the modern industrial chain design equipment innovation optimization platform, the modern industrial chain design construction and installation innovation optimization platform, the modern industrial chain design commissioning and operation innovation optimization platform, and the modern industrial chain market expansion and cooperation platform. 

Beijing Leiming Cyber Nuclear Equipment Technology Research Co., Ltd. will fully leverage the alliance cooperation platform to achieve resource integration and complementary advantages, share development experiences, expand cooperation fields, innovate cooperation models, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results. This will contribute to strengthening the foundation, filling the gaps, and developing the strengths of China's nuclear energy industry chain, and achieving high-level self-reliance and self-strengthening as well as sustained high-quality development.
